I ordered days ago and haven’t got a tracking number where is my order?

It’s possible you put an incorrect email at checkout causing you to miss updates or your order is a (pre order) please read the product description of the item you purchased to confirm. Our balaclavas are usually on pre order due to the high demand.
 Does Munchies jewelry tarnish/make my skin green?

Nope. Our jewelry will never tarnish or change your skin color. You can also swim and shower with it.
Do your balaclavas come in different sizes?

Nope. All our masks are one size fits all and are even expandable for bigger folks!
How do I track my order?

You will receive a USPS tracking number 1-3 days after you placed your order and received your confirmation email. (pre orders excluded)

This tracking number will be sent to the email you added at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If neither of those work please email us.
My tracking says returned to sender!?

Return to sender orders always give a reason in the tracking updates. The main cause of this issue is due to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer at checkout or the mailman faced some sort of obstruction.

In these cases the customer is required to keep track of the tracking number and email our support team once the package has been fully returned to sender in order to claim it. Next you must provide the correct address or alternative shipping location for us to ship to.

Please be advised the customer may be liable for any reshipment fees.
Why isn't my free gift or code in the cart not working?

Customers are limited to (only 1) promotion/discount per order. Reason #2 is your code may be expired/used already.
I want to return or exchange something

We only accept returns and exchanges for orders that have defected or wrong items. (this does not apply to sale items, discounted orders, or items that do not meet the "defected" criteria)

Due to health and safety reasons all clothing sales including headwear items are final and may not be returned unless unworn and completely sealed in its original condition/packaging.

How do I wash my mask?

We strongly do not recommend washing them but if you truly need to, hand wash in warm water and dry them lightly in the dryer by itself.
Do you take sponsors?

Yes. We are always looking for sponsors for our brand.

Requirements:

10k+ Instagram or tiktok followers

Note: these must be organic followers and you must be an active influencer! (follower count is negotiable.)

Chargebacks

Please note that we take false chargebacks very seriously and will result in action being taken against the customer between their bank. You are required to consult with the merhcant (us) before you place any sort of chargeback on a purchase that was made on our site(s) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback. 
How do i wash my clothing?

All clothing items have wash instructions in the neck tag. we strongly recommend washing most garments inside out with cold water. You can hang dry or set your dryer to delicate.
Will I get free stickers?

Yes, all orders get 1-4 (sometimes more) complimentary stickers :)
