We take pride in shipping as fast as possible. We currently ship all items Tuesday and Friday mornings unless the item is a pre-order. (This is specefied in the product description).

Return to sender orders always give a reason in the tracking updates. The main cause of this issue is due to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer at checkout or the mailman faced some sort of obstruction.
In these cases the customer is required to keep track of the tracking number and email our support team once the package has been fully returned to sender in order to claim it. Next you must provide the correct address or alternative shipping location for us to ship to.
Please be advised the customer may be liable for any reshipment fees.
We only accept returns and exchanges for orders that have defected or wrong items. (this does not apply to sale items, discounted orders, or items that do not meet the "defected" criteria)
Due to health and safety reasons all clothing sales including headwear items are final and may not be returned unless unworn and completely sealed in its original condition/packaging.
We strongly do not recommend washing them but if you truly need to, hand wash in cold water and dry them lightly in the dryer by itself or dry on a flat surface.
All clothing items have wash instructions in the neck tag. we strongly recommend washing most garments inside out with cold water. You can hang dry or set your dryer to delicate.
Nope. Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and nickel which will never tarnish or change your skin color. You can also swim and shower with it without worrying.

You will receive a USPS tracking number 1-3 days after you placed your order and received your confirmation email. (pre orders excluded)
This tracking number will be sent to the email you added at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If neither of those work please email us.
Customers are limited to (only 1) promotion/discount per order unless the specefied code is stackable. Reason #2 is your code may be expired/used already.
