Update My Shipping Address

To update your address fill out our Contact form as soon as possible.

Required: you must include your full new address in your submission.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if we do not recieve a response in a timely manner.

I’m Missing Something In My Order

If you believe an item is missing, please check thoroughly inside all shipping packaging before opening any sealed items.

Next, view your confirmation email to ensure all items ordered are present or if shipped separately.

Lastly if there is still a discrepancy, please contact us via our Contact us page.

Why Hasn't my Order Shipped


Orders are dropped off at the post office on Tuesday and Friday mornings. If you ordered a pre-order item, please refer to the product page for shipping dates. If you haven't received an update, double-check your checkout email for typos. For further help, message us through our Contact Page with the full name on the order.

Tracking Says "Return to Sender"

Packages are typically returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or delivery obstructions. If your tracking shows this status, please wait until the package is fully returned to us. This is typically indictaed by a green "Delivered" text on the USPS website.

Once it arrives, contact us via our Contact Page with your correct shipping address to arrange reshipment.

Please note that reshipment fees may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items (excluding sale items, discounted orders, or items that don't meet the defect criteria).

For health and safety reasons, all clothing and headwear sales are final, unless defective or incorrect item was sent.

I contacted, got no response?

Due to security reasons please use our contact form for any and all inquiries.

We do not monitor or respond to direct emails, social media texts, or replies to our automated messages regarding order inquiries.

Insured Shipping

We offer insured shipping for your peace of mind. If you purchased insured shipping and something goes wrong, please visit our Orders & Shipping page for instructions on how to file a claim.

How to Track My Order

You’ll receive a USPS tracking number 1-3 days after placing your order (pre-orders excluded).

The tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us if you believe you entered the incorrect email.

Chargebacks

Please note that we take false chargebacks very seriously and will take appropriate action with your bank. You must contact us before initiating a chargeback for any purchase made on our site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.

How to Wash my Items

We strongly recommend washing most garments inside out with cold water. Hang dry or use a delicate dryer setting. If washing is absolutely necessary, hand wash in cold water and dry separately on a flat surface for beanies. For more detailed care instructions, check the neck tag or visit the product page in most cases.

My Horns/Ears Look Weird

Our horns and ears are handcut, so slight variations are normal. We follow specific guidelines when identifying defects, but we intentionally embrace natural imperfections as part of the character our headwear holds.

These variations are aesthetic and reflect our commitment to quality craftsmanship over uniformity.

That said, nobody's perfect! If you think your item has a defect, let us know we'll gladly review it and get a free replacement sent out to you if so.

My Code or Free Gift Isn't Working

Customers are limited to one promotion/discount per order, unless the specified code is stackable.

Another reason could be that your code has expired or has already been used.

Does Your Jewelry Discolor Skin

No. Our jewelry is made of silver, stainless steel, or nickel which will never tarnish or change your skin color. You can also swim and shower with it without worrying.

Different Sizes in Hats

Not yet. All our beanies are one size fits most and become more expandable with wear for a better fit on larger heads. Some hats come in a single size, while others feature adjustable straps for a customized fit.

How to Find my Ring Size

We have an easy guide on how to get it pinned on our TikTok and Instagram reels via @munchhiees or you could get it sized at a jewelry store for free in most cases.
