Below are some common questions about placed orders.
I’m Missing Something in my Order
If you think something's missing, please avoid opening any product packaging. Double-check your confirmation email, and if there's still an issue, contact us through our contact page. We’re all human and make mistakes when shipping so we'll make sure you're taken care of!
Why Hasn't my Order Shipped
We ship orders on Tuesday and Friday mornings, except for pre-orders (specified in product descriptions). Weather or holiday delays may affect shipping times.
If you’re missing updates, double-check your email address you entered at checkout. For issues, contact us through our contact page.
Tracking Says "Return to Sender"
Return-to-sender orders will include a reason in the tracking updates, often due to an incorrect address or mail carrier obstruction.
Please track the package and contact support once it’s fully returned to us to claim. Provide the correct address or an alternative location for reshipping.
Note: Reshipment fees may apply.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items (excluding sale items, discounted orders, or items that don't meet the defect criteria).
For health and safety reasons, all clothing and headwear sales are final, unless defective or incorrect item was sent.
Insured Shipping
We offer insured shipping for your peace of mind. If you purchased insured shipping and something goes wrong, please visit our Orders & Shipping page for instructions on how to file a claim.
How to Track My Order
You’ll receive a USPS tracking number 1-3 days after placing your order (pre-orders excluded).
The tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us if you believe you entered the incorrect email.
Chargebacks
Please note that we take false chargebacks very seriously and will take appropriate action with your bank. You must contact us before initiating a chargeback for any purchase made on our site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.

How to Wash my Items
We strongly recommend washing most garments inside out with cold water. Hang dry or use a delicate dryer setting. If washing is absolutely necessary, hand wash in cold water and dry separately on a flat surface for beanies. For more detailed care instructions, check the neck tag or visit the product page in most cases.
My Code or Free Gift Isn't Working
Customers are limited to one promotion/discount per order, unless the specified code is stackable. Another reason could be that your code has expired or has already been used.
Does Your Jewelry Discolor Skin
No. Our jewelry is made of silver, stainless steel, or nickel which will never tarnish or change your skin color. You can also swim and shower with it without worrying.
Different Sizes in Hats
Not yet. All our beanies are one size fits most and become more expandable with wear for a better fit on larger heads. Some hats come in a single size, while others feature adjustable straps for a customized fit.
How to Find my Ring Size
We have an easy guide on how to get it pinned on our TikTok and Instagram reels via @munchhiees or you could get it sized at a jewelry store for free in most cases.
