Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Holidays may cause delays.

Shipping Time:
Delivery typically takes 1–8 business days depending on the shipping method selected.

  • All days refer to business days (Monday–Friday) including pre-order wait times.

  • All items are pre-made and ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Please read the description or see images of the item to confirm wether or not it is a pre-order.

  • Please use your full legal name at checkout to avoid delivery issues. Usage of unknown names may be result in RTS (return to sender).

We can only issue a refund or replacement if a postmaster or employee from USPS provides a letter or updates tracking to “Lost” or “Returned to Sender.”


International

Processing Time: 2–4 business days.
Shipping Time: 7–21 business days (may vary by country).

International orders may be delayed due to customs inspections. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We offer exchanges or refunds only if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

Items must be unworn due to health and safety reasons. Items must also be unwashed, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Sale items, special orders, and free items are not eligible for return.


Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact USPS directly or wait 24-48 hours. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Address or product changes must be requested within 24–48 hours of purchase as we are constantly shipping.
Order cancellations may be subject to a $1-2 per item restocking/processing fee.


Insured shipping policy

If you select insured shipping, the following terms apply:

Coverage

Optional coverage for loss, theft, or damage reported by USPS during transit.

Coverage Period

Coverage begins at shipment and extends until delivery, plus 3 additional days after delivery.

Coverage Limit

Maximum coverage equals the total order value listed on your invoice.

Exclusions

We do not cover losses caused by customer negligence or improper handling after delivery.

Filing a Claim

If USPS tracking reports loss, theft, or damage, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery by filling out our contact form.


Claim Resolution

Once reviewed, we may:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a refund

  • Provide store credit

Resolution is determined at our discretion.
